Leave of Absence

• No pupil should absent by himself/ herself without obtaining leave previously.
• Late arrival to school is a breach of discipline. The time of late arrival must be entered into the ‘Regularity Record’. Habitual late coming invites expulsion.
• Pupils must return on the reopening day, even after short holidays. Those who disobey this rule, ought to meet the Principal with their parents on their return. In case of sickness and other unavoidable reasons the School Authorities must be informed and a Doctor’s Certificate be produced.
• Leave must be obtained by writing application from Parents or Guardians in the prescribed; ‘Leave Record’. Late comers must produce a similar justification.
• The pupil below 80% attendance may not be allowed to appear the promotion Examination.
